First you need to email or contact us on the phone and tell us which puppy you want.
When we ship your puppy there will be a packet with veterinary records and paperwork needed for registration for AKC-FSS. Please keep all paperwork together in a safe place. All puppies have been microchipped and come with papers to register the puppy in your name. The Health Guarantee for your puppy will be included in their paperwork also. Please arrange for your veterinarian to examine the puppy within three days of his/her arrival and follow all conditions of Health Guarantee. We want you to be happy with your puppy and have done everything to ensure their good health. If there is any problem please notify us immediately.
All puppies purchased have been examined by a certified veterinarian and are shipped with a Health Certificate. The temperature must be above 20 degrees before the airline will ship the puppies. You need to give us the name of the closest airport near your location so we can work out the final shipping details. Your puppy will be shipped in a crate large enough for them to stand and turn around in.
We attach a bag of their food to the crate so you can transition the puppy to your food of choice. Depending on your location, puppies usually arrive within hours of us placing them on the plane. We currently use Continental Pet-Safe for air travel.
Visitors are always welcome at our farm if you choose not to ship.
